ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024 seeking to include the petitioner's name in the Tahsildar panel of the year 2022, based on the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. A2/E-2834780/2025 dated 12.05.2025 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this 2/4

Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
