This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.13 of 2015 in I.A.No.727 of 2012 in O.S.No.1116 of 2004, pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town within the stipulated time. 2.Today(15.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that I.A.No.13 of 2015 in O.S.No.1116 of 2004 has been disposed of by the trial Court and hence this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
