This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur in C.M.P.No.203 of 2024, dated 04.06.2024 to register the case upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.12.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, dated 04.06.2024, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.749 of 2024, dated 26.08.2024.
