ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of to issue a Writ or Order or Direction or in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the records to the proceeding in Na.Ka.No.1456151/2023/G4, dated 19.9.2024, issued by the 2nd respondent confirming the order of the 3rd Respondent in Pa.Mu.No. 6149/2021/Aa3, dated 07.12.2021 and further, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue the fresh death certificate. 2.Through the impugned order, the official respondents have refused to issue the death certificate by citing the limitation. The said ground may not be correct. Even though the application is submitted belatedly, the official respondents ought to conduct an enquiry and thereafter, consider to issue the death certificate.

3.Therefore, the impugned order is quashed and the 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous 2/4

petition is closed.
