Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent based on the complaint of the fourth respondent. Hence, this criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the private respondents from doing so.

3. When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner was enquired into and closed as early as on 11.07.2021.
