2. The tenure of the respondents 5 and 6 viz., the Chairman and ViceChairman of Panchayat Union had already expired and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
