ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed only for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.14 of 2014 in O.S.No.3 of 2008 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Having regard to the grievance expressed and the fact that the execution petition is pending for more than six years, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, is directed to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.14 of 2014 in O.S.No.3 of 2008 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
