ORDER
When the revision petition listed on 21.02.2018, 24.07.2020, 28.07.2020, 04.08.2020, 18.08.2020 and 07.09.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the revision petition today, ie., 08.09.2020 under the caption "for dismissal".
2.Today, the revision petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he has no bundle, as one of his juniors, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.1424 of 2015 who was entrusted with the case, has the bundle and that the same has not be returned. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner further submitted that he has no objection for dismissing the revision petition for non prosecution. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss the revision petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
