ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the first respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's lands measuring to an extent of 0-38.06 Ares in Survey No.177/1A in Patta No. 2483 at Puthur Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. It is submitted by Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, that the respondents are ready to survey the lands of the petitioner as per her patta within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the petition mentioned land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since it is

brought to the notice of this Court that there are certain obstructions caused to the survey, the Revenue Authorities shall be provided with adequate police protection as per patta and as and when requested by them. No costs.
