O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members except under due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case was registered in Crime No.21 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC against the petitioner and his family members and after completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
