ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory 1/3

bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that suspecting the involvement of the petitioner in the offence, complaint has been given by one Mayil Raja stating that the vehicle was stolen by this petitioner. Hence, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.294 of 2023.

3.Let the petitioner appear before respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
