This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.2688 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram. 1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.4 in Cr.M.P.No.2688 of 2022, dated 25.08.2022 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram to deposit non-refundable amount each a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only), is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall deposit non-refundable amount each a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the Government of Tamil Nadu-Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2440 of 2022, dated 12.08.2022 against them, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". The other conditions passed in the order dated 12.08.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.2440 of 2022, remain unaltered. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly. 16.09.2022 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No sji 2/4
