2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.24 of 2021 on the file of the 4th respondent was filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the 2/5

concerned court and thereafter, the names of the respondents 4 and 5 are deleted from the final report.

4. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that he has not received any notice from the concerned court or the officials before deleting their names from the final report.

5. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to issue notice regarding deletion of the names of the respondents 4 and

5. After receiving notice, the petitioner may workout his remedy before the concerned court.
