The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property in S.No.1374/61 situated in Sivathipatti Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering his application, dated 24.7.2024. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property belongs to him and Natham patta for the same was issued in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.888. The Petitioner submitted an application on 24.7.2024 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Ms.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted any online application to the first respondent and hence, his request could not be considered. 2/5

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any within a period of 8 weeks thereafter 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
