The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the first respondent, dated 20.06.2014 and consequently, direct the first respondent to number the unnumbered I.A.No..of 2014 in E.C.NO.78 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent and dispose the same on merit

2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitionary was directed to pay the compensation amount of Rs.3,90,620/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16181 of 2014 Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty only) to the respondent Nos.3,4, 5 & 6 under the Workmen's Compensation Act. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount of Rs.3,90,620/- (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty only) was paid to the respondent Nos.3, 4, 5 & 6. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Hence the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
