ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.256 of 2017 dated 03.07.2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Melur.

2. It is not in dispute that the matter was referred by this Court to the mediation and both the parties have entered into a settlement in the mediation and in pursuance of the same, they have filed a Compromise Memo dated 20.02.2024 before this Court, duly signed by all the parties along with their respective counsel on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the respondent have appeared in person before this Court along with their counsel. The contents of the Compromise Memo and the settlement agreement are read over to the parties and they would admit that the same as true and correct. The above said Compromise Memo is recorded.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the compromise arrived between them, the respondent has handed over a settlement deed executed by him on 29.12.2023 in favour of their minor daughter and also the Demand Draft for Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) as agreed by both the parties to the revision petitioner and the same was received by the revision petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Compromise Memo, dated 20.02.2024 and the Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. 20.02.2024 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No csm To
