ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 24.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Nilakottai in D.No.1560 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023 seeking further extension of four months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.4 of 2017, this Court made the following order:

"This Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court on 24.03.2023 with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Nilakottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned District Munsif, Nilakottai has circulated a letter dated 21.09.2023 seeking extension of further time of four months to dispose of the above suit on the ground that the examination of evidence on both sides has not yet been completed 2/4

3. In view of the above, a further period of four months is granted as requested."
