ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application for surveying his land has not been considered, has filed this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's land has been surveyed on 09.08.2023.

3.The petitioner's Counsel has also accepted the said submission. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
