When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed through e-filing before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and that the petitioners are not the accused and they are added as prosecution witnesses in this case .
