ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue separate patta in her name in respect of 1/3rd share in A schedule property in the partition deed dated 09.06.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that the property with an extent of 52 1⁄2 cents situated in S.No.330/10 at Udaiyamalpuram Revenue Village, Papanasam Panchayat Union, Papanasam Talu, Thanjavur District was owned by her father. The petitioner's father died on 23.01.2015. 2/6
Subsequently, all of his legal heirs including the petitioner entered into a partition on 09.06.2023. The subject property was allotted to the petitioner and her brothers. Based on the said partition deed, the petitioner submitted an instant representation on 02.07.2025, seeking issuance of separate patta in her name. The same has not been considered, hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application seeking issuance of separate patta. Therefore, the same has not been considered.

Perusal of the partition deed dated 09.06.2023 would indicate that subject property in S.No.330/10 at Udaiyamalpuram Revenue Village, Papanasam Panchayat Union, Papanasam Talu, Thanjavur District was allotted to the petitioner/4th respondent herein and his brother Sudhakar. Therefore, the request of the petitioner for issuance of separate patta in her name cannot be considered by the official respondents. However, the petitioner's request may be considered for issue of joint patta in the name 3/6
of all the three persons. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file proper online application before the 1st respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such online application is made, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the observations made by this Court within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
