ORDER
The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 03.06.2013 and 12.06.2014 to rectify the wrongful entry made in the petitioner land in S.No. 683-12 in Pudukulam Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Tuticorin District. 2.The petitioner in this writ petition claims that she is the absolute owner of the property in S.No.683, measuring an extent of 103⁄4 cents. However, while on verification of the revenue records, the same has been wrongly classified as road. Therefore, she made an application to the respondents 1 to 3 to correct the revenue records. As no response came from the respondents 1 to 3, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition. 2/4
3.Considering the relief that is prayed for in this writ petition without adverting to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent exposing her grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, if any, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
