O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent to give suitable direction to the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2022 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner's son alleged to have involved in the case of theft. Therefore based on that complaint given the third Respondent had issued CSR No. 263 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022. The third Respondent had made enquiry about the whereabouts of the Petitioner's Son. Further the Petitioner's son is absconding as per the report of the third Respondent.

3. In view of the same, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation regarding the alleged offence by the prosecution. The 2/4

third Respondent is also directed not to call the Petitioner for enquiry during odd hours,considering the Petitioner is a lady.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
