ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the registration of the respondents 3 and 4 Society registered before the second respondent in Registration Number 76/17 as it is against the terms and conditions of the judicial scheme dated 24.12.1996 ordered by the Principal Sub Judge, in O.S.No. 585 of 1986.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, would submit that already the request made by the petitioner was rejected by the second respondent, vide order dated 22.07.2019 and as such, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
