This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents, particularly, the first respondent, Tahsildar, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, to survey with the help of second respondent/Head Surveyor, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, and demarcate the lands comprised in S.No.298/3, measuring about 20.5 cents situated at Salaigramam Revenue Group, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The petitioner had given an application on 25.02.2021 and documents have been filed along with the Writ Petition indicating that necessary fees had also been paid, which are required to be paid for such survey and demarcation of land. 3.In view of those facts, a direction is given to the respondents, particularly, the first respondent to take up the request of the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and examine the documents and thereafter, proceed to comply with representation of the petitioner.
