PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to demarcate the property situated in S.F.No.199/2A at Thuvakudi Village, Trichy District, in pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1307 of 2007 dated 02.02.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to demarcate the property in S.F.No.199/2A at Thuvakudi Village, Trichy District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1307 of 2007 dated 02.02.2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, the 3rd respondent had conducted an enquiry to demarcate the property in S.F.No.199/2A at Thuvakudi Village, Trichy District.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader had produced the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/1086/2020 dated 20.07.2020, wherein, it had been stated that there is some discrepancy in demarcating the aforesaid property and that the parties were advised to approach the competent civil Court for fixing the exact four boundaries of the aforesaid property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20533 of 2019 4.By recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to serve a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 20.07.2020 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the 3rd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.A1/1086/2020 dated 20.07.2020, if she is so advised.
