Prayer :- The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 19.12.2014 made in E.P.No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.101 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 22.09.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Srivilliputhur, FAC of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in D.No.721/ dated 04.02.2022, and this Court made the following order:
Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".
2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 22.09.2020, has directed the Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of E.P.No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.101 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Now, the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, has submitted a letter, dated 03.02.2022, stating that the said order copy has been received only on 27.10.2021 and seeks further three months time for disposal of the said case.
3.A perusal of records show that in E.P.No.42 of 210, E.A.No.4 of 2021 was filed and the same was allowed and posted for petitioner's side enquiry. Since E.P.No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.101 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRP(MD). No.1614 of 2015 2009 posted on 18.02.2022 for continuation of the petitioner's side enquiry, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of two months. Accordingly, two months time is granted to the learned Principal District Munsiff, Srivilliputhur to dispose of E.P.No.42 of 2010 in O.S.No.101 of 2009 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
