ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, to dispose of I.A.No.125 of 2018 in O.S.No.35 of 2018 within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that though the said Interlocutory Application has been filed by the revision petitioner for granting interim injunction along with the said suit, till date no order has been passed by the Court below. He would further submit that the respondents have not filed counter and thereby dragging the matter further. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the I.A. within a time frame. 4.Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.125 of 2018 in O.S.No.35 of 2018, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
