ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.9951 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 13.03.2020, the respondent police conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint on 27.08.2020. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
