ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.05.2017 issued to the first respondent and forwarded to the second respondent in petition No.0807 to the second respondent. 2.It is seen that the petitioner preferred a complaint with certain allegation as against the counter party, before the second respondent and the same has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Srirangam Police Station, Trichy. Thereafter, the defacto complainant appeared before the Inspector of Police, Srirangam Police Station and represented that he filed suit for the same relief as against the counter party and therefore, he did not want to proceed with the complaint and also withdrawn the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
