ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the petitioner's name Paramasivam S/o.Chitraputhiram from the History Sheet in H.S.No. 155/2010 maintaining by the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2024.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is to remove his name from the History Sheet on the ground that he has not involved in any offences for the past two years.

3.If that be the case, let the case of the petitioner be placed in the next committee meeting and as per the law, his name should be cleared from the history sheet if he is not involved in any offense within the relevant period.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
