RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 13168 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJA.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13168 of 2022 on 27.07.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitione has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
