Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is not maintainable, since the petitioner will have to file a civil revision petition before this Court, if aggrieved by the Judgment and Decree dated 11.10.2013 passed in C.M.A.(CS) No.4 of 2008. However, the petitioner has challenged the Judgment and Decree dated 11.10.2013 passed in C.M.A.(CS) No.4 of 2008 in this writ petition.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also submits that this writ petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law, if aggrieved by the Judgment and Decree dated 11.10.2013 passed in C.M.A.(CS) No.4 of 2008. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
