2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and he was promoted to the post of Junior Assistant vide proceedings dated 08.05.2015.

3. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner passed away.
