ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that this revision arises out of an order passed in C.M.A.No.10 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thanjavur which came to be preferred challenging the order in I.A.No.197 of 2014 which lies in O.S.No.53 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner added that the suit was laid in a representative capacity and it was dismissed for non prosecution on 14.08.2019. As on date, nothing survives. However, the learned counsel added that in the eventuality of the suit being restored, the Civil Revision Petition may also be permitted to be restored.

3.The statement of the learned counsel is recorded and this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The petitioner will be at liberty to revive the Civil Revision Petition as and when the suit is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
