This civil miscellaneous petition filed to condone the delay of 665 days in representing the return papers in the above Review Application. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the suit in O.S.No.297 of 2012 was dismissed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, there is no further adjudication required in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the Review Application is also dismissed as not pressed in SR stage itself.
