2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.183 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, Sivagangai District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Melur, Madurai District, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Sub Court, Melur, Madurai District forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
