ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that this Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.695 of 2013 in O.S.No.308 of 2013 which is for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. He further states that the suit itself is disposed of and hence, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
