This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.According to the petitioner, he has given a complaint against the fourth respondent herein, who is working as a Police Constable

at Aruppukkottai Town Police Station that by using his official position, the fourth respondent abused a schedule caste woman. Hence, a wall poster was affixed in Aruppukkottai Town contemning the fourth respondent illegal activities, for which, the fourth respondent is threatening the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far the complaint given by the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3 herein. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
