This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.243 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent registered a case in Crime No.243 of 2018 as against the petitioner and other accused persons.
