ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey the property situated in Natham Old Survey No.378/1, Natham New Survey No.476/12, Valaiyur Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his online application dated 01.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the subject property and the patta for the same was issued in his name in Natham Patta No.104. The petitioner submitted an online application on 01.07.2025 in Application No.2025/N123/15/004366, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2025 and pass final

orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
