When the matter came up on 21.12.2021 before this Court, it was reported that the respondent died on 21.08.2020 and time was sought to implead the legal heirs of the respondent and therefore, the matter has been adjourned.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Already, the respondent reported dead on 21.08.2020, and so far, no steps have been taken. 3.

Since the petitioner has not taken effective steps within the statutory period, the proceedings get abated. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
