ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to assess the property tax in Natham S.No.134/1, Natham New Survey No.568/6 in Melaratha Veethi, Tiruchuli Town, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsels appearing on either side that in respect of the said property, a suit in O.S.No.349 of 2011 for partition had been filed before the District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai and that the same had presently been transferred to the District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

3.As and when the civil proceedings come to an end, the parties are at liberty to approach the authorities to seek redressal of their grievances. 2/4

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
