The petitioner has submitted an application dated 14.02.2023 to the respondents requesting them to survey the land in Survey No. 51/16C situated at Nattusalai Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a period of four weeks.
