PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of 1/4

India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings No.279/2021 dated 21.10.2021, and quash the same as illegal and invalid, and directing the 4th respondent to conduct proper enquiry and verification of sale deed document 6205/2021 on the file of 4th respondent to cancel the document as per the Section 77-A of newly amended Tamil Nadu Registration Act 1908.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent in proceedings No.279/2021 dated 21.10.2021 as illegal and invalid and to direct the 4th respondent to conduct proper enquiry and verification of sale deed document 6205/2021 on the file of 4th respondent to cancel the document as per the Section 77-A of newly amended Tamil Nadu Registration Act 1908.

In view of Section 77-A of the Registration Act having been struck down by this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 and Batch cases, dated 02.08.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
