The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court, since the concerned Circular has already been withdrawn by the Inspector General of Registration and a document cannot be cancelled by the Registration office. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the fraudulent transfer has been questioned and an enquiry has been sought for and a writ petition has been filed in W.P.(MD) No.19048/2015. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and this writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
