This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give adequate police protection from the accused persons to save the life of the petitioner and his family members by considering the complaint dated 19.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that occurrence took place on 13.04.2018. After the lapse of one and a half years, the petitioner sent representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 19.04.2019. Further, he submitted that the petitioner is now transferred to some other place.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, The prayer sought for the police protection cannot be considered. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
