ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished the copies of the photograph to establish that the encroachments in the subject property had already been removed. 2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that certain portions are left out and yet to be evicted. 3.If at all, any grievance exists with reference to the survey or removal of encroachments in entirety, the contempt petitioner is at liberty to approach the Divisional Level Committee or District Level Committee for the purpose of initiation of further action.
