This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner, family members and his property.

2. Heard Mr.S. Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen from the records that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the second respondent has issued CSR No.C3/29370/1909/19 which is pending for investigation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No. 13556 of 2019 the respondents-3 to 5 and if any prima facie case is made out as against the respondents-3 to 5, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
