This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent raised strong objection to allow this petition.

3. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also taking note of the period of delay, the delay of 91 days in filing the above Second Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 28.11.2025.
