Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ARUL JENIFER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12013 of 2022 on 05.07.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence and stage of investigation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12013 of 2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10835 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply the condition once in week, ie., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
